There are many things that I hate to the point of loathing.

But what I hate most about this scenario is a hero who screws up.

I mean sure, he can do whatever he wants. But all I'm asking is not to be naïve.

This is a story about how I got transmigrated into the world of a novel, about how I tolerated the naïve MC whose actions were no better than a four years old even though he had regressed.

And how I, the side character, or a small villain one could say, had to clean up the messes made by the hero and his party.

"Is there still no sign of him?" Rose asked worriedly, that being her thousandth time asking the same question.

"As I said before, Count Roosevelt," Rafael replied, his expression fed up but he showed patience, "There has been no report of his sighting. Are you certain he was with you?"

"He said he was right behind us. He needed fifteen minutes." Alicia said, looking at the anxious Asmara who had a complicated expression on her face. While everyone knew it wasn't her fault, no one could help her because she was the only one to believe that.

"Well," Rafael said, looking at the rest of the council, "I have to be blunt with all of you. With your testimonies present, believing your words is a little difficult."

"So you don't believe us?" Sophien asked, her expression neutral.
