Chapter -1: Gods of the West (3)

The man towered over Yog. Yog tried to jump up, but another string shot out of the finger of the man, hitting his leg.

"You won't be able to use your leg for the next time either!"

The man raised his hand and let it sink towards Yog. He tried to stop it with one arm, but Yog wasn't powerful enough.

The man pressed his hand down together with Yog's arm. Yog heard a cracking sound.

"I didn't even needed to use my ability on your second arm."

Yog's arm was broken.

Then the man screamed. A bend sword appeared before Yog.

He looked up. It was Adair.

"What are you... I said don't come near us! My ability..." he was interrupted by Adair.

"Shut up! This is my mission. You are just my assistant!"

The man fell on his knee too. Adair raised her sword to strike him, and decapitate him. But the man dodged and hit Adair in the stomach.

He tried to stand up.

"Hehe." Yog laughed. "Thats your end. You lost concentration for a second. Your soul is nearly gone. Away. Deep in the Abyss!"

The man hit Yog in the face. He flew back landing on his back. A string hit his second leg.

"As long as i keep concentrating the rest of my soul will stay!" the man replied.

Adair tried to attack again, but the man blocked her.

"Dodge!" Yog shouted.

At the last moment, Adair managed to dodge the silver string attacking her.

Suddenly another sword hit the man and his head flew away, towards Yog.

"What the..." Yog looked up. A blond man with long hair was standing there.

"You are..." Yog stuttered

"I'm Ethel!" He was wearing a silver armor,

"Why are you here?" Adair asked.

"To kill you two!" Ethel replied.
