After glancing around, Chen Hao asked Hua Shan, "Has Tai Shan left?"
"He didn't just leave, he fled!" Hua Shan said. "Clearly, he's afraid of you!"
"Why didn't you stop him from escaping?"
Hua Shan gave a wry smile, then sighed. "His abilities are on par with mine. Neither of us could do anything to the other, otherwise, we wouldn't have been locked in a stalemate for so many years!"
"Besides," Hua Shan lifted his right hand, passed it over his right shoulder, and pointed behind him to the colossal wave racing eastward. "If I had gone after him, who would have stopped this tsunami?"
Looking at the enormous wave, Chen Hao was dumbstruck. He hadn't expected the apocalyptic scenes from the movies to be so vividly real right before his eyes.
Turning around, Chen Hao swallowed hard and asked with a tremble, "Do you really have a way to stop the tsunami?"
