"Father, this is the calligraphy scroll."
With deference, Yagyu Jube handed over the scroll.
Yagyu Tajima, poised to flip through the scroll, hesitated and inquired, "Jube, have you investigated the affairs of the Song Mount Sect?"
"I've dispatched agents to investigate. Indeed, there have been reports of decreased activity in villages near the Song Mount Sect, consistent with Zhu Youji's descriptions. However, considering the possibility of high-level masters within the sect, I refrained from deeper investigation to avoid alerting them," Yagyu Jube responded respectfully.
"You've done well," nodded Yagyu Tajima, showing approval for Jube's actions.
"Since Zhu Youji is a master, his words carry great credibility. If so, I, as your father, can transcend into the realm of masters through the killing intent on this scroll. I shall personally journey to the Central Plains and meet this Fourth Prince of the Ming Dynasty."
