"Crimes against humanity?" Hansel said looking at Nathan.
"It's nothing," Nathan said casually, a huge fire ball was shot at them, before Hansel could do anything, Nathan blinked and the fire was completely extinguished. "Leave this to me, okay?" Nathan said to Hansel, it sounded gentle, but it was a command as his eyes were glowing and the mark was tingling.
"Then send me home," Hansel said in annoyance.
"As expected you are strong," one of them said before Nathan could reply to Hansel.
"Hey can you come back another time, I'm a bit busy at the moment," Nathan said nonchalantly, he qas still looking at Hansel lovingly. "Why? I want you to stay," he said.
"No, we are going to be at you this time, and--"
"Avenge the lives that I took including that of the royal family," Nathan said turning to them uncaring. "We've been through this fifty-eight times, can we not do this today," he said.
"This time would be different! We've--"
"Found several powerful spells that are going to defeat you for sure," Nathan said blankly. "Are you that desperate for the humiliation of defeat? Are you guys some kind of masochists that can't get enough humiliation?"
They were angry and several magic circles aimed at them. Their magic was strong and Hansel was worried because Nathan was not letting him go, he couldn't even use his magic at this point.
"What are you so worried about?" Nathan said drawing him close and holding him by the waist. "I'll save us, don't you trust me?"
"No," Hansel whispered.
He heard shattering, but it was the magic circles. He felt a horrifying aura coming from Nathan, which dissipated immediately.
"Alright," Nathan said calmly. He snapped his fingers and a little magic circle appeared on top of the magicians that had attacked them and a forcefield formed around them.
"You are angry," Hansel said uncaringly.
"Mostly sad," Nathan said coldly.
'Yep, most definitely angry,' Hansel thought.
"Why don't you trust me?" Nathan asked.
"Why are you asking me this?" Hansel said.
"Just answer."
Hansel took in a deep breath. "How can I trust someone who was my enemy, you defeated me in battle, and took me as a prisoner; I can accept that, but it is what you did in this life that can't make me trust you," he said. "You forcefully made me your familiar and kissed me, claiming to love me, no normal person would trust you."
"Right," Nathan said, the sky was slowly becoming darker as the moon appeared in front of the sun and his aura slowly became darker. "Do you love me?" he asked.
"We don't know each other," Hansel replied noticing the impending danger.
"So if we get to know each other, then you'll love me?" Nathan said raising an eyebrow.
"Yes," Hansel dragged, and lying in his heart. There's no way he'll fall in love, even if he does, he's not sure if this boy in front of him would stay in love with him. 'It's probably just a phase, let him just do whatever he wants until he gets tired.'
The sky becomes clear and Nathan smiles. "Oh," he said lightheartedly.
'It felt like the world was about to end,' Hansel thought.
"Let's go on a date tonight," Nathan said.
"Huh?" Hansel said absentmindedly.
"You said we needed to know each other if I wanted you to fall in love with me... So, let's go on a date tonight," Nathan said.
"And if I say no?" Hansel said.
Nathan smiled knowingly. "You wouldn't," he said.
Normally, this would be taken as a threat, but there wasn't any threatening aura around him. 'Should I accept?' he thought. He never could tell what would happen if he accepted.
"Fine," he said and Nathan smirks. He rolled his eyes, looking over to the mages, who were still within the magical barrier Nathan had set around them. "What are you going to do about them?" he asked.
"Probably kill them, they've been bothering me for a while," Nathan replied and several magic circles appeared above the mages, it was the same spell they were about to use on them, but it activated faster and they began to slowly yet painfully turn to dust.
"Stop," Hansel said and Nathan immediately paused the process of extermination.
"Is there a problem?" Nathan asked.
Hansel didn't know why he stopped him from killing them. "Don't kill them," he said.
Nathan raised an eyebrow at him. "Why?" he asked.
"I just want them alive."
"But they will try to haunt you down and kill you," Nathan said worriedly as he raised his hand to play with the white part of Hansel's hair.
"Why don't you just make them your servants or familiar?" Hansel suggested.
"I don't feel like it," Nathan said blatantly. "Why don't you do it yourself."
"What? Why?" Hansel said in disbelief.
"I'm not the one who wants them alive," Nathan simply says.

Hansel crashed on his bed. 'I have made a huge mistake,' he thought to himself. He did make the five mages his servants just because he didn't want them to die. It drained him a lot, plus he has a date with Nathan.
'He's stronger than he looks,' he thought. He remembers when they fought, he never went all out on his enemies as he wanted to take them out swiftly. He uses two types of magic, light, and dark magic, but he doesn't know how to control his light magic side and only discovers it in his battle against the Golden Knight.
But there's something he's noticing, Nathan, or the Golden Knight, is a lot stronger now than he was then.
He felt his anger which spilled his magical aura. It is a lot stronger than that of the Demon King's, the strongest he's felt. The way he easily shattered those magic circles was an amazing display of his magical strength which makes him wonder what the size of his magical basin is.
