Suspicions And Tests.

Lisa

Mark looked mortified, confusion visible on every corner of his face.

"Are you certain of this, Lisa?" He questioned and I could glare at him as he hadn't been paying attention. Of course I wasn't sure of anything I just said, but it wouldn't hurt to find out the truth, would it? I needed to find out the truth, I needed to convince myself that Klaus was innocent if I was ever going to see him the way I used to.

"Of course not, but my guts tell me that I might be right—"

"I don't think you should do this." Mark suggested and I arched a suspicious brow at his words.

"What do you mean?" I returned, curious and eager to know the reasons behind that suggestion.

"I feel like you might be taking things a bit too far. I mean this could turn out badly for everyone, including the innocent people." Mark explained.
