"My lady, the Alpha is on his way—" Rudolph paused the very second his eyes caught sight of Maeve's bulged belly. His jaws dropped in awe, and the rest of his words died out in silence. Nobody said a word for a straight minute. We just stood there waiting to hear an answer from Maeve.
