Can I Be Your Friend?

"I was expecting you to die first, you know," Paige's voice snapped him out. "Considering the fact you are in the lowest rank."

She stretched her legs forward and arms backwards, relaxing in an inclined position and stared at the sky. "To be honest, I'm surprised my lungs are still taking in oxygen and my brain is working just fine," she said and cocked her head. "Or is it?" Paige added, driving her fingers through her dyed hair, revealing her face better.

Paige looked at him again. "You don't have a scratch, not one."

Levi didn't respond or give her any attention, he only pondered on how to execute his contemporaries. Heaven knows how much pain he will lay on their skin now he has been saturated with so much abilities.

Levi's thoughts were once again interrupted as a pebble bounced off his head. Paige had thrown him a pebble to his temple, attracting his attention.
