Half-sister

Levi heaved. He noticed she looked unkempt and bothered, blinking countless times behind her red hair.

Levi could see the blue and black pistol make fluidic movements at its sides. "If I shoot you now, would you die?" Meera asked, her voice unsteady and incoherent.

[What kind of a question is that?]

They stood still in silence before Meera slowly lowered the weapon and walked to Levi. She placed her hand on his neck and cheek, inspecting the cuts. "You have it back, right?" She asked.

Levi was so confused right now, he stared like a tangled ball of yarn as Meera carelessly moved his head to check the marks.

Meera rolled her green eyes when he didn't answer. She walked out of the room and Levi had to do the same.

"Close the door," Meera ordered, disappearing into the darkness.

Levi obeyed, taking one last look at the glowing red before he shut the metallic door.
