The Black Star Monarch

"Where am I?" Li Jun asked as he looked around. The floor was cold and damp, the air was stale, and not even a speck of sunlight illuminated the darkness. He didn't have a clue what had happened. The last thing he remembered was heading to Master Shen's house because he felt strange.

"Xun, are you there?" He asked into the darkness of the room.

His fourth-stage body refining cultivation allowed him to see despite his surroundings being void of all light. He saw the claw marks on each of the walls and wondered if he had made them. A moment later, two pearly eyes looked through the darkness and slowly approached.

'This is bad,' Li Jun thought as he sat up. His head ached more than it had when he touched the strange scroll he had gotten from the silver ring.
