"Watch it." Captain Lu said as Li Jun passed him and strolled into the city lord's courtyard. 

It felt strange, the first time he had come here, he thought that he was going to die. The first time he had met the city lord he felt as though the man was some kind of unimaginable powerhouse, yet now that Li Jun was also in the core refining stage, it no longer seemed quite as unimaginable.

Captain Lu guided them inside and once they had entered the mansion, they found three disciples in light blue robes, sitting on the stairs outside the City Lord's office.

"Whoa, another one of Master Zhu's disciples has entered the core refining stage." Sun Yang said as he looked at the tall, slender woman with cropped, shoulder-length hair.
