Demon Beasts

Demon beasts weren't all that different from magical beasts. Still, just by looking at them, you'd know they weren't the same in the slightest. Demon beasts had an aura that pierced the soul and brought fear. The pure demonic energy spilling from their bodies was very dangerous to a common man; it could cause untold diseases and even death. Their eyes glowed with savagery, and their breaths were filled with brutality.

Nobody really knew how these beings were formed; all they knew was that they were under the demons and served them. Demon beasts live and grow by eating their enemies, and this sometimes leads to evolution—a process where they evolve into a new species. Some become humanoid, while others become faster and more brutal.
