"Do you have other dreams, Tala?" Lando asked her.
Tala paused. "Yes. Sometimes, I dreamt about a princess with hair like the color of a coal. Her skin is like the color of milk, and her eyes are like mine. She is lying down on the floor looking towards me with a sweet smile on her face."
Lando studied Tala carefully, her words still lingering in his mind. Her dreams hinted at something deeper, something beyond mere imagination. Could it be that she was truly gifted, as his father believed? He squeezed her shoulder reassuringly.
"Tala, the princess you described... She was your mother, Queen Narida."
Tala's eyes widened, her breath hitching. The truth settled over her like a heavy cloak. She turned to Nayou, her expression thoughtful. "Then what Zelenum said was true."
Lando tensed. "What did he tell you?"
"That my mother was his daughter."
