When Angel and their group stepped into the vast tent, a strange emptiness greeted them. The only furnishings were richly colored rugs spread across the ground, their intricate patterns whispering of an unfamiliar yet ancient culture. The air inside carried the faint scent of spice and incense, which had a calming effect.
Angel was guided to the center of the tent, where a raised platform covered by beautiful woven rugs awaited her. Beside her stood the King of Sunawin, regal in his flowing robes, and Prince Yael, his deep, dark eyes watching her with reverence.
The high priest and a select few elders took their places as well, their expressions unreadable.
Meanwhile, the three women in Angel's group were ushered to one side of the tent, while the rest of the men—including Leoric—were directed to the opposite end. Since the men outnumbered them, they were divided into three separate clusters.
