The Story of Tala: Seeking Forgiveness!

"Stand up, Zee. I said stand up." Aurora's voice was urgent as she grasped Zelenum's arm and attempted to pull him upright. Just as she strained to lift him, a shiver ran down her spine, alerting her to the presence of someone lurking ominously behind her.

"Uncle, why are you here?"  Aurora asked the Tribe Leader nervously. 

Helio surveyed the scene intently, his sharp gaze locked onto the striking figures before him. One was tugging forcefully, while the other was kneeling in submission, eyes cast downward.

Zelenum lifted his gaze, his brows knitting together in deep confusion. Had he heard what he thought he had?

Aurora had just called Helio as "Uncle." The words hung in the air, heavy with unspoken implications, leaving him to question the very fabric of their tangled relationships.

"And why can't I be here?  This is my house, my garden. I am so full, so I went out to digest the food and get fresh air."
