Preparation for a Buster call
//August 1506 , Marine HQ, Meeting hall.
Rosinante prepared the projectors for the upcoming meeting. This meeting is a matter of most importance. After the incident with a world Nobel in the sabaody archipelago, marines have become more vigilant. In his entire life he has never even heard of someone attacking a celestial dragon. Sure some bold pirates always try to loot the extravagant products for the world nobles but he had never heard of anyone directly attacking them. After learning about the main objectives of the culprit Rosinante could only sigh. But this matter is different. The presence of the three rookie, along with several otherwise admirals, some important figures like Garp, Tsuru and many other rear admirals told the importance of the meeting. Among these high ranking Marine officers, Rosinante was the holder of the lowest rank among them. But it didn't matter. Because he was there as the personal assistant of the fleet admiral, his adoptive father, Sengoku the Buddha.
As soon as, Sengoku entered the room, everyone fell silent, well except for vice admiral Garp, who was munching on some rice crackers.
Rosinante saluted his adoptive father and went to his position to operate the projector mushi.
"We are all gathered here because of a very important matter." Sengoku started speaking.
"It has been almost 6 years since the execution of Gol D. Roger the so called king of the pirates. After the Roger pirates disbanded, all of them went their separate ways. While most of them remained retired, a very few are still active." Sengoku paused to gauge other's reaction. But then he continued.
"Red haired Shanks, the rookie who is currently on his way to become an emperor, is the most active member in the new world.
He was an apprentice in Roger's ship.
Until last two years Douglas Bullet was inactive. But the year before the last year, suddenly he emerged and started wrecking havoc in new world and then paradise. Many marines and pirates have fallen to his hand since last two years.
So he is the matter of discussion in this meeting."
Sengoku paused again, and behind him, the vedios of destruction that Bullet was causing was played.
The denden mushis can not transmit live video. But they can record it and it can be played latter.
"Since last year every time we went after him he escaped after causing destruction all around him. So CP agents husband assigned to keep an eye on Bullet to give us right opportunity.
And finally that moment has appeared."
After an year of cat and mouse they have successfully gathered the information about Bullets whereabouts.
He is going to starboard island in the paradise.
Previously due to interference of the higher ups, we were not able to do anything about the black market in that island. But now with the permission from the five elders we are allowed to initiate a buster call on the starboard island.
About 1 month from now, Bullet will go to the grand auction to buy a devil fruit. At that moment we will initiate the buster call. I want all the Marine vice admirals who will participate in this buster call, to go and stay in the G-3 base for a quick reaction time.
Bullet is not an easy opponent. So even with the buster call there is a chance that he might able to escape. So Garp, I want you to go to the G3 base and stay there till bullet is captured. I know that you won't participate in a buster call but you will stay there in case bullet managed to escape."
Sengoku finally finished his speech.
"If anyone has any doubts then ask now. If you have any suggestion regarding this bustar call then you can represent it now." Sengoku asked the occupants.
"Bhahahaha ! Don't worry about that brat, Sengoku ! I can defeat him with one punch !" Garp burst out laughing.
A vein popped in the head of Sengoku.
"I know that you bastard ! Only if you agree to go a long with the buster call then I don't even need to worry about bullet escaping !"
"Bhahahaha ! No way ! Those buster calls do too much destruction !"
"Pot calling kettle black ! I know how much destructive your punches are. So don't even dear to talk about unnecessary destruction !" When Garp and Sengoku were cat fighting, Rear admiral Gion raised her hand to attract attention.
*Bonk*bonk* with two smacks to the head by vice admiral Tsuru, two of the most powerful marines got defeated and stopped there cat fighting.
Sengoku, then noticed the raised hand of Gion.
"Alright, ask your question." Sengoku adjusted his suit to gain some lost respect.
"What about the civilians ? And how should we deal with the other pirates and out laws present in the island ?"
Gion asked.
"Well I was going there before interrupted by this damned monkey.*cough*cough*.-"
The meeting continued as they discussed all the strategies they could for the upcoming buster call.
...
"The grand auction is going to start in one week from now. Young master , this could have been your main chance to establish yourself as the new ruler of the Underworld in the paradise." Trebol said to Doflamigo.
"But it is a shame that our every plan got ruined because of the presence of that damn demon hair, Douglas Bullet !" Doflamigo clenched his teeth.
"Worry not, young master, we have not lost everything yet. You can still rule over the Underworld very soon. If the major black market got destroyed then we can create another one according to our needs. And it will be even more convenient for us because we will be controlling everything from the start." Trebol adviced Doflamingo.
"I know, I had the same plan after I got the information regarding the upcoming buster call. Perhaps it is luck that Vergo joined the exact Marine base where all the big shots are gathering in the preparation for the buster call.
But what could be the best place for our new business ?" Doflamigo contemplated.
"Perhaps Mock town in Jaya. It was the fathest island from any Marine base. And not to mention that small black market doesn't have a perticular boss. We can take over it and make it the new major underground black market of the paradise." Trebol suggested.
"I think we should wait till the end of the buster call. After seeing the results I can proceed. Besides I want to see the fight between the demon hair and The Marines." Doflamigo smiled menacingly.
Little did he know that his plan will be spoilt before it started by the hands of the girl that once turned him into a stone statue.

But without knowing all these background events Boa pirates reached the starboard Island on the morning of the exact day, when the buster call has been planned.
