Little One's Sensitivity to Smells

Hearing the name "Ye Xiaoyuan," Qin Yanyi found it somewhat familiar and asked, "Who?"

"Ye Xiaoyuan," Qin Niexun clarified, noticing his second brother's confusion. "He's the eldest son of the Ye family, Ye Xiaoyuan."

After a brief pause, Qin Niexun added, "We also have to address him as 'Uncle.'"

Though Ye Xiaoyuan was only a few years older, in the country, titles and forms of address followed generational hierarchy. For example, Bai Zhou, the young master of the Bai Group, was four and a half years old but still had to call the three-and-a-half-year-old Ann "Auntie."

"'Uncle'?" Qin Yanyi recalled the person and looked at his younger brother in surprise. "How did you end up meeting him?"

If he remembered correctly, Ye Xiaoyuan had been missing for several years. Not only did they not have contact with him, but even the Ye family couldn't reach him.

Due to the confidential nature of work-related issues, Qin Niexun didn't explain further, merely saying, "It was a coincidence."
