Sudden Fever

After hanging up the phone, Cynthia's heart was still racing, as if she was the one caught red-handed in an affair. She took a deep breath and turned to look at the man sitting on the rattan chair.

The man casually rested his left hand on his leg while holding a cup of tea in his right hand. His clean and sharp jawline exuded a sense of cool restraint. The most eye-catching feature was the faint lipstick mark at the corner of his mouth.

Images of their recent kiss involuntarily flashed through Cynthia's mind, and her cheeks flushed. "I'll go back to my room first."

Without waiting for Tristan's reaction, she turned around and ran off.

Back in her room, she leaned against the door, covering her slightly flushed cheeks.

This was definitely the craziest day of her life.

Not only did she agree to his pursuit, but she even indulged in his kisses. And... there was an indescribable greediness as well.
