You're So Ungrateful

Upon hearing Mrs Louise's words, a trace of hesitation flashed in Cynthia's eyes.

In the past three years, Old Mr. Louise's birthdays had been celebrated grandly, but they had nothing to do with Cynthia.

The Louise Family was worried that her humble background would invite ridicule, so they had always kept her away from such occasions.

Now, they kindly wanted her to stay for the meal?

Her eyes narrowed, and she glanced at Mrs. Louise with a deep disdain. "I appreciate Mrs Louise's kindness."

Mrs. Louise, seeing Cynthia's indifferent attitude, showed a slight displeasure in her expression. "I know you hold a grudge against me. This time, I'm trying to make amends for the past. Are you really so ungrateful?"

"Anyone in this world is entitled to talk to me about gratitude, but the Louise Family is the only one lacking the qualification," Cynthia coldly replied and walked away.
