Gaze Falls on the Ring

Cynthia regained her senses and walked out of the elevator. She took measured steps towards the ward. "Dave, do you know where my engagement comes from?"

"The important thing is not where the engagement comes from," Dave said. "It's whether you want to call it off."

"Call it off..." Cynthia murmured thoughtfully.

Her grandfather had also mentioned this proposal to her. However, her personal feelings did not oppose this marriage. She even considered this engagement as one of the reasons she must marry Tristan.

As they spoke, the two arrived at the ward.

Inside the ward, neurology expert Ryan Troy was examining Old Mr. Quinn and discussing the follow-up treatment plan with Henry.

"Currently, Old Mr. Quinn's blood pressure is well controlled. If everything is okay, we will arrange for surgery."

Although Henry held a high position, facing Ryan, he couldn't help but show a bit more respect. "Thank you."

Ryan smiled faintly. "Mr. Quinn, you're too kind."
