Jimbo inadvertently noticed Lily cowering in the corner and frowned. "What are you doing here?"
"I, I..." Lily choked up, unable to speak, and tears streamed down her face uncontrollably. All her pent-up frustration erupted at that moment.
Jimbo's greatest fear was a woman crying. Seeing Lily sobbing helplessly like a child made his heart tighten.
He quickly moved forward, but Lily hurriedly protested, backing away, "Don't come closer! I have a bomb strapped to me!"
"I know." Jimbo continued advancing, his tone tinged with helplessness. "I'm not blind. I can see the explosives."
The bomb was set to detonate in three minutes.
"Who did this?" Jimbo's gaze darkened as he looked at the complex wiring of the bomb strapped to Lily.
Lily didn't speak, only casting a resentful glance at Hans.
Following her gaze, Jimbo's face darkened with anger upon seeing Hans. "Damn it."
"I'll handle it." Cynthia approached Jimbo, rolling up her sleeves.
