The Whole Body Uncontrollably Slips Down

Cynthia moved cautiously through the bushes, crouching low as she made her way to the exterior of the patient building.

She looked up at the windows above, her gaze finally settling on a specific room on the twenty-sixth floor.

With a rubber band, she tied her hair back and, after briefly stretching her wrists and ankles, she placed her hand in front of her face and exhaled a breath, before nimbly leaping onto the first-floor balcony. She grabbed hold of the drainage pipe outside the patient's room and began to climb upward, inching her way up.

After sitting in an office for hours and hardly exercising, it wasn't long before sweat began to form on her forehead after just climbing five floors.

From below, Jacob watched her climb with a mixture of awe and fear, unable to stop her without attracting attention from the patrolling guards nearby.

He could only pace back and forth, feeling like a nervous mess.
