The Big Speechless Incident

Seeing Cynthia's tense expression, Irene gave a soft smile, "I'm just in a bad mood, sitting here to calm down. It's not like I'm thinking of doing something drastic. Why are you so worried?"

"You can talk about it if you're upset," Irene responded, not heeding her words. Her heart was in her throat as she cautiously approached Cynthia. "This place is too unsafe. If you're really feeling down, we can go back to the shooting range, spend the whole day there like we used to. You come down first, and then you can go wild however you want. I'll stay with you, no matter what."

Cynthia smiled faintly, picking up the bottle of alcohol beside her, "Want to have a drink with me?"

Seeing that Cynthia didn't seem to be in any danger, Irene's worried heart slowly calmed down. She sat down beside Cynthia and casually observed her.
