"Don't be angry," Qin Kaize said, gently patting Su Yijia's shoulder from behind. Once they settled back into the lower bunk, the onlookers couldn't see them anymore. Qin Kaize then held Su Yijia's hand under the table, soothingly rubbing it.
Su Yijia's rosy lips were tightly pressed together, clearly still upset about the earlier family.
"Don't worry, after such a scene, that woman definitely can't escape her responsibilities," Qin Kaize said in a softer tone, trying to comfort her.
Su Yijia took a deep breath and exhaled heavily. "I'm just a bit angry at her audacity. People like her are better off disappearing completely from their children's lives. Otherwise, who knows how she'll torment her kids in the future?"
