Slowly her eyes opened and she scanned the environment without moving her body, her body was stiff and the only thing she could do was to roll her eyes. Slowly she tried moving her neck but the more she tried the harder it was, she didn't give up but slowly she was able to turn her neck to the other side, her hands followed the recovery process so did her body till she was able to creep on her belly.

She moved slowly not making a sound, she couldn't tell from her divine sense if anyone was around, she couldn't smell anything, all she could do was see think and move. As she creeped she tried not to breath too loud and not wanting to think why they were doing all these to her she just creeped to the door. By the time she had gotten to the door, her weak legs were beginning to straighten but they were too weak to hold up her body, she raised her knee and steadied them to crawl as there were three steps coming down the house, as she tried her knees went weak but she never gave up until she was out of the house.

She turned her body and laid on her back releasing a heavy breath, the more she tried to move the weaker she became, she thought for a while, if she went out the vampires would be after her life, but if she choose to remain here, who knows what portion the witches would be using her body parts to cook. She tried to move again but this time her whole body felt like it was pinned to earth, this time all she could do was to cry out for help, she opened up her mouth to speak up but her voice was stocked in her mouth.

She couldn't turn either, then she remembered she wasn't alone In the house, she tried calling out to someone from outside the barrier but all that could come out of her was nothing. At this time she knew she only had herself and there was nothing she could do.

Call me, she heard the voice in her head talk to her calmly, call me, it said again waiting for her in patience.

I need you now, she said in her head. Slowly she became totally still until she couldn't move anymore.

You should have been still, all these suffering would have been lesser than this, Albert said looking at her frozen body, he sat at a corner as he watched her struggle.

Poor thing, a lady standing next to him said, she has such a resistant spirit, I don't know how long it is going to last, she complained.

That only means you miss me, Dracel's voice sounded from their back.

What in the world! The both screamed as they turned to see another Dracel standing behind them and smiling.

Are they twin? How did she get in.

Well, well, well, I have been too quiet for long, she said walking forward to them, have you not overestimated yourself too much that you think you can extract my demon self from me?

How was she aware of that, the witch said to Albert.

I don't know, he said drawing out his dagger.

No no Albert, that won't be necessary, she said calmly. You should have asked very well of my evil deeds before you decided to keep me here for some trickish activities, why have you so underestimated me.... Cos you thought I was weak? I'm done playing.

Mean while as she spoke they were already making an incantation to keep her still but in the next second they lost sight of her, she went out of sight, the witch gasped then she fell to the ground with blood flowing on the floor, Albert was deeply terrified that he fell to the ground trembling.

Dracel stood at the back of where the dead lady stood with an organ from the lady's body.

It would be a sin if I drink of this lady's blood but I love indulging in sin, she said with a mischievous smile. Albert started moving backward with his butt as fear has gripped him to the extent he fell down and couldn't make use of his legs.

So tell me Albert, you have been there to feed my hungry self even when I knew nothing about you, it did be ....bad to repay your kindness with evil but.... Have you heard of baby spiders and mother spiders?

She paused looking at him with a mischievous smile.

You are a wizard so I know you're aware, what happens when mother spider can't provide for it's children? She sacrifice herself for her children to eat! She said emphasizing on the last word. Are you thinking what I'm thinking, she smiled evily.

Please please, I can explain, I'll tell you everything about it....

Sorry I don't need your explanation, if you don't have a better deal then I might go wild, she said dropping the organ she held and licking her fingers.

Ok...ok, I know you need your body, he said pointing at the other Dracel on the ground, and you will have to go out of the barrier, I can help you and you will set me free, he pleaded shakingly.

Wildest joke of the year, she said chuckling, can't you see me in another body, I can switch anytime I like but nothing feels like the original. If you do it I can give myself a proper burial then.

Alright, alright, he said calming himself down then he got up. He turned to the body lying on the ground and stood still.

No no, she said appearing in his front, I know what you're thinking, your thoughts can't escape my ears, don't even think of doing that because you will still die in the end.

Fear gripped him again, he didn't have time to think again, he brought out a bottle from his pocket and opened it, he did some incantations and walked around the body and stopped at the tenth time.

It is done, he said looking at Dracel and looking at the body lieing on the floor, if I open the barrier you can let me go, like none of these ever happened.

Yes...but these things already happened, she said appearing at his back before he could blink.

But we had an agreement, demons don't go back on their words, he said sharply after feeling her breath on his neck, he was too frozen to walk.

Did we? Well I'm sorry I didn't take a part in it, you did it because you felt I needed it, bye mother Albert. She dug her teeth into his skin making him scream, she showed no mercy and sucked him pale till he dropped on the ground and she fell down too.

Dracel got up and took a deep breath. Thank you, she said to her demon self.

That was really exhausting, I almost couldn't hold on anymore, girl you have to keep feeding or else we will go blank and we can't help ourselves, it complained.

She sighed, that was a near death experience, how did you do that?

Her demon self chuckled, I'm just an illusion, that's how far fear can take you from not knowing what's real and not. He failed to notice even as brave and clever as he was, same goes to you, if you keep hiding in your shell the world will feed from your fear, you have to stay strong for us.

Turns out my demon side became my best teacher, she said with a smile.

We can't continue like this Dracel, you have to accept me, instead of switching sides been one would be easier for us, her demon self said sighing continuously.

Dracel looked at the barrier, it slowly faded, Albert had made it on the risk of his life for fear that she might break away.

It's not safe out there, she said as she looked around fully gaining access to her former self.

Accept me, it said again in her head.

Then let's be one then, the world has no space for me, I can't help but been myself then.

Her demon self holwed from within her and so did the same, immediately changes started within her as her two sides mixed up together.
