Asking for Help

Not blaming reality for being too cruel, just that Zhou Zheng and Liu Xiangru were too perfect. Zhou Mo went to the bathroom to freshen up. Liu Xiangru held her breath and came out of the kitchen, removing her mask, but she was still coughing from the irritation.

Zhou Mo quickly poured her a glass of water.

Liu Xiangru waved her hand and sat at the dining table, trying to catch her breath. "What kind of chili did your dad buy today? It's so choking."

Zhou Mo teased, "You two can't handle spicy food, but you insist on being strong. Just put less chili."

Liu Xiangru snatched the water glass from Zhou Mo's hand. "It's all for you. You love spicy food, so your dad went to several markets just to find dried chili for you."

Zhou Mo has loved spicy food since she was young, but she wasn't sure where she inherited it from. Clearly, neither Zhou Zheng nor Liu Xiangru could handle spicy food well.

"It's all your doing," Zhou Mo smiled, not wanting to argue. She could only compromise.
