Losing the Endorsement Deal

After a playful morning with Wanwan, Xia Zhihuai’s mood was surprisingly not as gloomy as before. He took Wanwan downstairs to buy breakfast and they sat in a pavilion near the community park. With one hand holding a steamed bun and the other holding a cup of soy milk, they enjoyed their meal with great relish.

After finishing breakfast, the two took a half-hour walk in the park and squatted under a big tree, watching two old men playing chess.

Wanwan was curious about chess, and Xia Zhihuai initially wanted to pull her away, but she refused.

Therefore, the two stood by the chess table with their hands behind their backs, watching the intense moves of the two old men.

“Do you understand it?” Xia Zhihuai asked in a low voice.

Wanwan shook her head like a rattle drum. “I don’t understand, but it feels interesting.”
