Three people and a ghost silently sneaked into the chaotic haunted house.
After rushing out of the house, Hu Beijun sprinted towards the nearest bedroom where the renowned master, Beidou, was staying.
The two young crew members, who were still awake, instinctively opened the door to see what was happening upon hearing the noise. They coincidentally saw Director Hu pounding on the door, illuminating it with the light from his phone, and asked,
“Director Hu, what’s wrong?”
Hu Beijun trembled, his voice quivering, “I-I saw a ghost! Quick, hide!”
“Director Hu, you must be joking. There are no ghosts in this world…”
“Who’s joking with you!” Hu Beijun felt his adrenaline surging, his whole being in a state of heightened tension. “Master, open the door quickly!”
“Quick…”
Click— Hu Beijun shook the doorknob, and the door suddenly opened.
He was shocked as he looked at the handrail he had pulled off, and the door creaked open slowly.
