An Yao said, "City Lord, since we have determined that the claw marks on the broken stone wall were left by a cat-type beastman, there are only a few possibilities among the cat-type beastmen."
"And these claw marks are thin, so they are unlikely to be from a tiger; they could be from a leopard or a similar beastman."
So the scope of investigation narrowed down again. Among the third-tier and above leopard-type beastmen, there were only two in the Beast-gather City, and one of them was already old. The other, although young, clearly didn't match the claw marks.
This means that the real suspect is not among these tribe members.
"What should we do then? I've already brought all the eligible beastmen in the city," the City Lord's face looked grim.
An Yao's gaze fell on him, revealing a meaningful smile, "No, there's still one more leopard-type beastman you haven't brought in."
