Something's Amiss

With the materials in hand, the next step was to build a kiln.

When An Yao was a child, she lived with her grandparents, and the neighboring village specialized in kiln firing. She used to visit the neighboring village frequently to play with her friends and sometimes observed the adults working from a distance. So, she had a general idea of the kiln-firing process.

However, kiln firing was easier said than done. Controlling the ratios of various materials and the temperature was quite challenging. Knowing just the basic process wouldn't be enough.

An Yao searched in the system's store and found a manual on kiln firing. It was summarized very simply, and she didn't know if it would work.

Well, she decided to give it a try anyway. Success would be ideal. Even if she failed, they still had fabric here, and they could gradually develop other businesses.

An Yao briefly explained this to Jin and was about to go back to her room to rest when Gu Di’er returned.
