Precise Amnesia?

Those whom Des referred to as old friends may no longer be around.

However, Lora was curious.

"Great-grandpa, didn't you have amnesia? How do you remember this?"

"It's just a fragment," Des shrugged, picking up a piece of spare rib and chewing it slowly.

"If we were to divide a person's memory into billions of fragments, then the few fragments left in my mind are all related to mechs. This old friend of mine is also a mech engineer."

Lora tightened her grip on the chopsticks.

"So, even though you have amnesia, you still retain your knowledge of mech technology?" Des nodded.

"Yes. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to stay in that mech laboratory."

Such a precise form of amnesia?

When Lora heard Des describe it as fragments of memory, she suddenly remembered the memory fragments she had seen when she entered Marcus' starry sea.

Could it be related to this?

In other words, someone entered Des' starry sea and erased his other memory fragments.
