Overwhelmed

[Meeting room]

"I'm sorry but Hisha doesn't want to meet with you."

"Why is that?"

"She said she had plans today, plus she said she had no interest in strangers and that she only needed me, Aster and the people of the mansion." Demon said bluntly.

"But can't we just let her meet her cousins, socializing is important too."

"Uncle, 2 weeks ago we had a little incident, forcing my sister to socialize isn't good either."

"But she has been living with you guys for almost 8 months now!"

"Father if you're going to force her let me know beforehand because I don't want to get burned by her magic."

"Why?"

"Well we should count our self's lucky she didn't go berserk last time and we could contain it because we were at her in time."

"I could tell her current raw output…, she cindered only a 2 meter radius."

"If she did go berserk, well even with my own fire magic I could not protect myself and she could scorch her surroundings with ease and the damage could be a round 400 meters." 

'Now, now, calm down.'

'It's true socializing is good for her, but I agree forcing her to socialize is not beneficial for Hisha.'

'And since she has a fear of this mansion and Lucifer only made it worse for Demon and Aster to get her inside.'

'Why not have the children meet outside in the garden, the space is open and if she does feel threatened or uncomfortable she can leave.'

'We can watch from a distance, it is worth a try after all.'

"It is worth a try…, but once she deems a person evil, child or adult…don't put him or her infront of Hisha again because she can and will lash out."

'I understand.'

Sebastian knocked on the door. "Master there is an urgent matter."

Sebastian whispered to him that Hisha was in the mansion and in his bedroom.

"Aster you bring your cousins outside for now, I'll see if I can get your sister out to meet the children."

"Yes my Lord."

Demon rushed to his bedroom he saw Hisha sleeping on his bed.

He was shocked to see her sleep op his bed, moreover he was surprised she came in to the mansion on her own free will.

He smiled at the sight and walked over to her.

"Hisha?"

She woke up and looked at her father.

'Did I do something bad?'

"Not at all, I wanted to tell you how proud I am of you."

"But what are you doing here?"

'Hisha likes it when father and Aster come and sleep over, but you always sleep over at the greenhouse.'

'Hisha thought it wasn't fair so Hisha is training to get in to the mansion so Hisha can have a sleep over here.'

"Thank you Hisha, you are such a considerate child."

'Father I saw something in this room, but I don't understand it.'

"What did you see?"

She got off from the bed and walked over to a desk and pointed at the object.

He saw she pointed at a frame and picked her up and sat down her down on his lap.

"What do you want to know?"

'That is father and that is Aster, but that lady, who is she and why haven't Hisha saw her yet?'

'And who is that little child?'

"The lady is my wife and the little girl is you."

"You see that necklace on the child, it's the exact the same as yours."

'Then the lady is Hisha's mother?'

"That's correct."

'So Hisha has a mother.'

"Hmm…"

She saw the expression on her father's face was sad.

'So Hisha's mother is now with aunt Sha?'

Demon nodded.

She looked also sad. 'Did mother like Hisha?'

"She loved you a lot."

Hisha wanted to know more but could tell this was something painful for him and she didn't want to be hated by her father if she asked more.

'Father can tell about mother to Hisha when he can, Hisha will not be selfish.'

'Knowing that Hisha has a mother and liked Hisha a lot, that is good enough for Hisha.'

Demon hugged her. "I and your brother love Hisha as well. And while your mother and aunt Sha are not here anymore, know that they always have loved you."

"Now Hisha, your aunt and uncle who wanted to meet you with their kids are still here."

"But your aunt said it was fine for not meet her and her husband, but she would like for you to try and meet her children."

'Fine…' She looked annoyed.

"I'll take you out of the mansion, because the kids should be in the garden. If your uncomfortable or feel threatened just walk away."

"And no summoning magic or Cerberus."

She was now pouting.

Demon chuckled a little.

"Hisha, while you have my hair and eye color, you look like your mother and your behavior is similar to me and your mother."

They got outside and brought her to the garden.

'They are not staying for dinner, I don't want to eat with them.'

"That's alright, they won't stay long anyway."

Demon put her down.

Hisha had search the garden for the children but couldn't find them. She thought her father had played a trick on her so she went to her greenhouse.

When she got their the door was open and heard a child telling somebody to stop doing something.

She ran up and saw the bigger child ripping something and destroying her bed.

The smaller child was crying and told him to stop.

She ran up to the big child and tackled him to the ground and stood protective in front of the small child.

'Get out!'

'What are you doing in Hisha's house!'

"This is your house, how deplorable."

"You must be my cousin Hisha."

"How can a fifthly thing like you be family of me? You have no manners, you wear boy's cloth and you are dirty."

"I think it's better for the family if you left, you have no place in this prestige family."

'You leave, this is Hisha's home!'

The boy picked up her necklace. "You probably stole this from the real Hisha and killed her, you are a fake."

He threw the necklace away what had anger her so much so that she wanted to call for Cerberus.

"You don't have a familiar so I know you are fake."

The boy summoned his familiar and told it to attack her.

Hisha dogged the attacks and the boy was getting more angry at her because she could dodge his familiar.

While she was try very hard the familiar flew towards the small child and Hisha threw herself in front of him and got hit and wounded.

She had enough and summoned Cerberus.

'Cerberus kill that chicken.'

The boy saw Cerberus and was shocked.

"Hisha!"

"Cerberus, stand down!"

All the adults came over because the gardener saw the commotion and informed Demon right away.

Hisha was still hugging the smaller child who was still crying.

Aster walked up to his sister who was still holding Blaze.

'Hisha knows, I did something wrong.'

"Are you and Blaze alright?"

"Boy is not hurt, but Hisha is."

They both told Aster and the other what had happened and Hisha told her brother despite promising not to summon Cerberus, she felt she had no choice when the familiar of Helios was going after Blaze and she got hurt in the process of protecting Blaze.

When they all heard what happened the woman smack her eldest child.

'Are you insane!'

'Who the hell taught you to behave like this, not to mention you do not respect other people's properties, who gave you the right to tear and destroy others stuff, not to mention the things of a girl!'

Hisha tensed up and hug the boy tight, she was warry of the woman.

'I should ask your cousin Hisha to come over and do the same thing to your stuff, see if you like that.'

Hisha had enough and let go of the boy and told him to go to his parents.

The boy nodded and hugged her and thank her for protecting him, and that he never dislike her from the start.

'Enough! Get out! Everybody.'

'Leave Hisha alone now!'

She was at her limit with the amount of people and the tension.

The women dragged her husband and children out, because she understood everything was too much for her right now.

"Hisha, father and I will return when it's time for dinner."

She nodded.
