Meeting Him Again

"She only remembers what happened before she met you or me. Her memory of you, Ralph, werewolves, everything is gone." Ash explained, he stood upright and dusted his clothes when Cain's eyes went from red to green.

"She doesn't remember me?" Cain asked, confused.

"Yes, wherever she was for the past one year, most have made her lose her memory,"Ash explained.

"Where did you find her?" Cain demanded.

"While we were patrolling earlier today, we saw her with some groceries on her way home. It turned out that she had relocated to another side of the town that was why we didn't see her until today." Ash explained.

"First she vanishes into thin air, now she has lost her memory. Is this some kind of cliche in a movie or novel?" Cain asked

"If it were one of the two, the writer must mentally unstable or a psychopath." Ash replied.
