Repaying A Debt

Orfila was leaving the house when she met two police officers at the door. She was shocked and looked confused.

"How may I help you officers?" She asked politely.

"I am officer Josh and this is officer Grey. Chief Ash sent us and he needs a favor from you." Officer Josh replied.

"Is everything alright? Is he in some kind of danger?" Orfila asked, her brows creased with worry.

"Can we come in?" Officer Grey asked.

Orfila paused to look from one officer to the other. She wondered what they wanted and after some seconds of hesitating, curiosity got the best of her. With a deep sigh, she stepped out of the way, "Come in."

The officer nodded their head and stepped into the house. Orfila closed the door and followed the officers to the living room. After they were all seated, Josh was the one to speak first.
