Cheng Wei recognized his lack of response as an answer. He knew that Zhong Peng intended to pursue the matter.

"Young master, I must advise against this course of action," Cheng Wei urged. "This is a trivial matter that should not be taken further."

"Trivial?" Zhong Peng retorted with a chilling voice. "He humiliated me publicly before Miss Fang. Now, she holds me in low regard. Do you consider that trivial?" Anger laced his voice.

Cheng Wei found himself at a loss for words. Despite serving as Zhong Peng's protector for several years, he remained astounded by his master's relentless womanizing.
