58. BIG DAY

The limousine slowed to a stop in front of a grand cabin nestled deep in the woods, its rustic charm juxtaposed against the modern luxury of the vehicle. Louis, Aureate, Jace, and Ben stepped out cautiously, their senses on high alert as they were guided towards the entrance by imposing guards in dark suits.

As they approached the cabin, the atmosphere grew tense. Mr. Hudson, a formidable figure with a presence that commanded attention, stood waiting at the threshold. His piercing gaze swept over each of them with a mixture of curiosity and calculation.

Standing beside Mr. Hudson was Denzel, tied to a chair with a bandage wrapped around his head. His disheveled appearance and the grim set of his jaw spoke volumes about the ordeal he had endured

Mr. Hudson's voice was smooth yet commanding as he addressed them. "Welcome, Louis, Aureate, Walter, and Ben. I trust your journey here was uneventful?"
