chapter nineteen

Jones pov

So I woke up this morning and decided to text Iris although I knew that I had classes which were scheduled for late evening, I still couldn't help but feel mad at myself on how I got to miss an opportunity with an hot girl like Iris; I asked her about her night which she replied with ** lovely Jo** she had a nick name for me, which I liked to hear her call out when we are doing other activities. Anyways I asked her of her schedules which she said she was free to my dismay, so to make me seem less of a jerk I told her about my busy schedules and how I would keep her company all through the night, after which I put off my phone and left for classes .

Getting to class i was a minute late and I had to sneak into class to prevent detention which would further ruin my promise with Iris, so I settled down in my seat and watched the professor explaining a branch of some concepts in business ethics; which I've already studied ahead cause I love the concept of business ethics and I sees it not just as a career but also my life long purpose, so all through the class I was left thinking of what and how to spend my evening time with Iris. I thought of several ideas which I wanted to try out with her in person but I just couldn't ditch classes, one time my elder brother Jim left class for a party which was held at an hotel in the next town; the manager in person had to search for my brother and told him to return to campus hence Jack would be coming over. Which elicit fear in him and thus he returned but till today we never knew who told on him, which caused all four of us the current state which we are now I mean three, everyone keeping to himself cause no one could best watch his back better than himself.

Several hours later I was leaving for my last class and it was four o' clock so I went for my extra class, before getting there I took my phone and text Iris ** so what are you doing babe** to which she replied** nothing really,,, waiting for someone to keep me company as said** yeap that's my Iris always interested in anything I am willing to give, I sent her an emoji with a kiss on it before stepping into the class room.

Hours later the class ended and the time was six already; so I went to our apartment drop by the kitchen to fix myself dinner and left for me room, although I found the house quite yet I thought nothing of it cause the guys might be enjoying their free day ever since our parents made our lives a living hell.

After finishing dinner I went into the bathroom to freshen up and put on a matching shorts which were grey in colour and a grey t-shirt, I looked at the mirror and saw my cute face which I smiled and went for my laptop and made a video call to Iris.
