Era of Reckoning

[Don't attack the harpy general just yet. Wait for my signal.] Alex said through [Telepathy] to both his subordinates and he could sense Fiend's impatience through their bond. 


'Ok, let's do this.' Alex thought and started coating his blade with darkness mana, but then something  happened. The blade glowed a bright purple colour and shook violently, the darkness mana was slowly being destroyed by the blade and pushed back.


'I should have guess.' Alex internally sighed, darkness mana and shadow mana opposed each other to the point that they could be considered opposites, so trying to mix darkness mana with a blade meant for people with shadow affinity wasn't a good idea. Alex sighed and summoned his old armour, [Impish Shroud]. The red arnament wrapped around his body, and after some thought, he also summoned [Wind Gliders].
