Era of Reckoning

"What was that?" Lisa asked as the two of them walked out of the guild.


"You know what I'm talking about, since when can you suppress others like that? I can tell it wasn't that [Shadow Control] technique you're always using." Lisa said with a curious look on her face.


"It's called [Aura], it's an ability I got after reaching level 20. I'm not sure how it was activated, so don't ask." Alex replied and Lisa looked at him for a few seconds before once again focusing on the road. In total, they left the Guild with 68.5 million credits in Alex's account and although he offered to split the money, Lisa refused saying that she still had over a hundred million credits in her account and Alex didn't bother pursuing the matter further.


They soon arrived at there destination, the government construction company.


"Goodmorning how may I..." The receptionist said but froze when she saw the blood covered clothes and armour of Alex and Lisa.
