Era of Reckoning

Alex finished absorbing the red orb in two hours and was able to get enough mana to open a portal back into the dungeon. The three of them exited the pocket dimension and Alex was once again low on mana and needed to rest to replenish it. The two of them decided to rest in a tree and Alex equipped the [Ninja's Shroud] to stay hidden while Katelin also activated the stealth enchantment on her armour. She also summoned a fist sized orb and told Alex to touch it as it glowed a soft blue colour before fading.


[Can you hear me?] Katelin voice sounded in Alex's mind, causing him to almost fall out of the tree in surprise.


"Wha-" Alex tried to ask but Katelin motioned for him to stop by placing a finger on her lips.
