Era of Reckoning

Alex walked through the streets of Braxton, looking at the people donning armour and weapons. People looked at him curiously as he was wearing casual clothing and bore not a single scratch or spec of dirt. They quickly realized that he was from another city and turned their attention to more important things.


'Wow, I never thought I'd see somewhere that was in even worse shape than the outskirts.' He thought as he looked at the many destroyed buildings around him. He shook his head and hastened his pace towards the Guild building. He soon made it, and surprisingly, the Guild building was in the same shape as all the others he's been to in the other cities.


"How may I help you sir?" The receptionist asked, she looked tired, with dust and a few droplets of blood covering her body, obvious signs that she has been aiding in the fight in one way or the other.


"Sorry to bother you, but I'm looking for an explorer named Victor Greenwood." Alex said and the receptionist frowned
