Chapter 255 New Information

During the trip back to Mountmend, Alex told the sisters about his other subordinates in Mountmend as well as the [Telepathy] skill and about his [Shadow Oath] grace ability. He also learned a few things about the sisters, the most surprising of which is that Samantha is actual the older of the two.

Apparently, Samantha was 22 years old, which Alex already knew, but he was surprised to learn that Theresa was only 18, since she seemed like she was the more mature of the two. He also learned the cause behind Theresa's little 'episode', around a year ago, the two of them along with a few others entered an E ranked dungeon on quest. The quest ended in disaster as one of their party members died and Theresa was poisoned by a powerful D ranked monster. They were forced to abandon the quest, barely escaping with their lives, and since then, Theresa has been battling the poison.
