Era of Reckoning

Alex woke up the next morning with a yawn and looked over to the corner of the room where Samantha was sleeping, still bound in shadow chains. With no need to use mana to manipulate his shadow, and because she was annoying, Alex left Samantha chained up for the entire night. He laid her, gently down into his bed, before getting refreshed and leaving the house. He headed back to the government construction company to ask Mr. Keys to help repair the alchemy lab.


"Ah, I heard a report that an explosion was heard from your neighborhood, I should have guessed it was you. I'll send someone tonight around 8 p.m. Is there anything else you need?" Mr. Keys asked
