Era of Reckoning

The five of them headed towards the lair, but they didn't enter it right away, since they still needed to rest. Samantha wanted to rush inside of course, but Alex held her back. After two hours, everyone was able to replenish their mana reserves and Alex managed to come up with a, somewhat, plan of action.


"On my signal, I want all of you to rush inside and attack those bears with all you have." Alex said and all of them nodded


"Wait, what's the signal?" Julieus asked, but Alex was already gone.


'I've never used [Shadow Control] on such a large scale before, but it isn't the first time I've done something this risky.' Alex thought before entering the cave. The bears noticed him instantly and roared in outrage as a creature dared to enter their lair. Alex's eyes glowed purple and he held both his hand forward and the bears started to slow down before coming to a complete stop.
