Era of Reckoning

Alex jumped out of his shadow, and swung the pickaxe right in the neck of the beast, causing a spray of golden ichor to erupt from it's neck. The beast fell to the ground and the others turned their attention from Samantha to Alex, who pulled out the pickaxe from it's neck. The five other bears rushed towards Alex and he gripped the pickaxe tightly, before jumping into the air. The bears fired shards of red crystal towards him and Alex used [Shadowkinesis] to fly through the sky, dodging the shards. His flying skills left much to be desired, but he managed to dodge all of them, when suddenly, he disappeared from the beasts vision.
