Hannah: So Lorant what is your last name again?

Lorant: I don't think I can answer that.

Renie: You are right, he is the chairman's son. Lorant let's go (Lorant and Renie left together*

After they left James friends started asking him about what he thinks of Lorant and Renie's friendship. The rest of them kept talking but were still carefully listening to James' conversation. Meanwhile Lorant was booking the hotel room. Renie was sitting on a sofa close to the front desk. When Lorant was done booking he came and sat down next to her.

Lorant: Bae, are you alright?

Renie: Yeah, I just feel like I made a big mistake thinking that I would not meet him today. Imagine you were not there with me. What would have happened?

Lorant: But I am here and I will protect you until you feel ready enough to go to him. I will be the hand you can rely on. Renie, I will be there anywhere with you. I won't let you go.

Renie: (sniffing-cry* Thank you. *hugs him tightly)

Lorant: (11 years Renie can't you see that I want to be with you more than anything? why are you stuck on this guy who doesn't value you, Renie?) Let's go up.

While they were going up to their room Lorant could not stop thinking about how he would have treated her better than James could ever.

When they arrived at the room, Renie went showering first, then got out in a bathrobe. Lorant was deeply staring at her body, and said;

Lorant: *sitting on the couch* Bae you are beautiful as ever. Come here. *making a hand sign)

Renie walked up to him, she gave him a towel, then sat down next to him. Lorant took the towel and started drying her hair. As he was slowly going through her hair the water drops running down her body made him want to act impurely. He stopped drying her hair and stood up handing her the towel.

Lorant: I should go take a bath.

Renie took the towel and started drying her hair.

When Lorant got out of the bathroom Renie was fast asleep. After getting in his pajamas Lorant walked up to her leaning down giving her a kiss on her forehead. Lorant laid down on the sofa then fell asleep.

The next morning Renie woke him up.

Renie: Bae? * taping his shoulder)

Lorant: hm? * opens his eyes)

Renie: It is time to wake up.

Lorant stood up, then hugged her.

Lorant: Good morning. Do you feel better now? * breaks the hug)

Renie: Hm, yes I do, we need to go down for breakfast so be quick.

Lorant got ready, then they went down for breakfast.

When they entered the Cafe they saw Hannah, Dj, James, Kevin, Lise and Jojo. They decided to go greet them so they walked up to them.

Renie: Good morning guys. *waving at them)

They all looked up at Renie and Lorant.

Lorant: good morning y'all. Did you enjoy the services at the hotel?

Hannah: ( stop eating* Yes, your staff are very friendly and approachable.

Lorant: That is good to hear.

Lise: Renie, Lorant.

Renie and Lorant: Yes.

Lise: Are you guys always together?

Renie: Most of the time, yes.

Jojo: Then did you guys sleep separately yesterday?

Dj: That's a very good question.

Lorant: Yes, we slept separately.

James: That's good to hear.

Lorant smiled.

Renie: We will get going now, I hope you all enjoy your breakfast.

Kevin: But you guys can stay tho.

James: Yeah you can have your breakfast with us.

Lorant: Renie are you down for that?

Renie: Sure we still have an hour anyway.

Hannah: Oh, then what are you doing after that?

Lorant: Hm, we just have a lot on schedule today.

They ate breakfast with them, then started talking about things that happened over the years and how they got as close as family. While they were talking James' eyes were focused on Renie, her every gesture was captured by him. It reminded him of the times in eighth grade. The debates they were going over in English class and how she was standing out to him more than any other girl. How she laughed talking to her friends. He also remembered the love letter she gave him at the time and smiled. He was so absent minded that he did not listen to any words of the conversation until Renie said his name.

Renie: James, what do you think of the options?

Lorant saw how he was looking at her. He was a bit upset but could not show it. He was the guy best friend after all.

James: sorry I wasn't listening.

Renie: We were talking about what we should do together this afternoon. Everyone is down to got to the mall but we wanted to know your opinion. You rather go to the mall or the beach?

James what about we go to the mall then the beach

Out of Jealousy Lorant whispered to Renie;

Lorant: Bae, I think you should go now.

Renie: Oh yeah you need to get ready for noon.

After ending the conversation Renie and Lorant left the café and headed to the hotel's conference room.

James understood that Lorant was a big opponent he had to face.
