Orpheus was once a young vampire, born into a family of vampires who turned him into a werewolf through the use of black magic. Camilla was a young woman in her twenties who lost her parents in a devastating car accident when she was just eighteen. She had to give up her dreams of pursuing a degree and a career in dancing to start working. However, her lack of a degree made it difficult for her to find a job in a regular office. One day, while wandering the streets, she overheard someone talking about a luxurious mansion on the other side of town that needed a housekeeper. The previous staff who worked there either got fired or left on their own accord, and no one could tell a complete story about the mysteries of that house. 

Camilla was about to dismiss the thought, but when she heard the amount they were offering to pay, she decided to apply. Little did she know that her decision to work at that mansion would change her life forever.

Prophecy: rising of the first hybrid

Alisha's parents returned that evening, and Asher went to stay with them. Camilla and Alisha grabbed some drinks and planned to have a chat for the night.

"What's that?" Alisha pointed at the love bite on Camilla's neck.

Camilla, looking puzzled, asked, "What's what?"

Alisha got up to take a closer look. "What! Is that a hickey?" she said with a mischievous smile.

Camilla, feeling a bit embarrassed, tried to play it cool, but she knew Orpheus had left marks all over her body.

"From the look on your face, it is a hickey," Alisha remarked.

Camilla nodded, her cheeks turning red.

"Let me guess, your boss is responsible for this?" Alisha asked teasingly.

Camilla confirmed, "Yes, we're together now."

"Wow, and you haven't even told me about this! I'm a bit hurt," Alisha said, feigning offense.
