Stargazer

We cut to the others who were outside. Rina yawned as she looked up at the sky. "Gosh...so bored."

Sara chuckled, glancing at her. "I thought you were excited to come back."

Rina sighed, stretching her arms. "Changed my mind. It's not as thrilling as I imagined."

Yamaha, who was sitting nearby, chimed in. "Patience, Rina. Excitement will come in time."

Darius leaned against a tree, nodding. "Yeah, and besides, it's nice to have a bit of a breather. We've been through a lot recently."

Rina rolled her eyes, though a small smile tugged at her lips. "I guess you're right. Still, I wouldn't mind a little action to break the monotony."

Sara grinned. "Knowing our luck, I'm sure we'll get more than enough excitement soon."

Yamaha smiled softly. "And when that time comes, we'll be ready."

Alex walked up to them and put his arm on the fence. The others looked at him, curiosity and concern in their eyes. Sara sighed, "Did you finally stop being grumpy?"

Alex had been silent since last week, not speaking to anyone. He sighed, "I guess."

Yamaha tilted his head, "May I ask why you were distant from everyone? Did we do something wrong?"

Alex thought for a moment, not wanting to worry his friends or his captain. "It's just...you guys saw what Captain did with that giant Oxtywraith. He literally one-shot it like it was nothing!"

Sara sighed again, "Why so surprised? The captain is really strong, and you know it."

Alex looked up at the sky, lost in thought. "I know, but...that punch was so powerful it was terrifying. It makes me wonder..."

He drifted into a daydream of his past, a distant memory where a man was looking down at him, protecting him. The same punch he saw, he felt... He called this man the Stargazer.

Alex smiled and clenched his fist. "I want to be powerful...just like the captain."
