Shenzhou Civilization Joint Military Strategy General Command.
The Shenzhou Civilized United Military Commander, elected by all civilization's high-level, is served by Human Ye Chen, with Lin Sen as the chief advisor, who during wartime, may command all military forces of the Shenzhou civilizations.
Ye Chen's military and political strategies were almost unmatched in Shenzhou; under ten thousand years of peaceful development, Human Civilization had quietly become the leading civilization of Shenzhou.
The schemes and strategies of Lin Sen were held as a standard by various civilizations; every layout, every decision, seemed as if it could foresee the future.
Military Advisory Group: "Our strategic goal has been achieved, Guardian Civilization warships have been lured into the ambush zone.
"Next, the Mountain and Three-Body Civilization will launch an attack on them.
"Through our war simulation, the Guardians had inevitably also laid out some kind of 'interstellar minefield' here, intending to deal us a deadly blow, which basically corresponds to our predictions."
Commander Ye Chen's voice was low and powerful, "As Guardians, they lurk in the dark void, and this starfield must be riddled with layers upon layers of traps. Normally speaking, it's nearly impossible for us to break through their defense.
"But their command strategy, I must say, is barely satisfactory.
"Perhaps, they still do not consider us a true opponent right now, not worth their full effort.
"They deliberately guided us to this region, ready to strike us lethally.
"But they overlooked that a trap is never meant to drive someone into it, but is based on a precise estimation of the psyche, leading the opposition into a trap, thus they have exposed their strategic intentions too early.
"What they do not know is, this is also our intention.
"The mantis stalks the cicada, unaware of the oriole behind; who can truly understand who is the mantis, who is the oriole?"
The voice of the Military Advisory Group was calm and profound, continuing to add their insights:
"As early as a hundred years ago, we had already chosen this expanse of starry sky as the battlefield, simulating this impending war countless times.
"We also predicted that they might deploy an 'interstellar minefield' here.
"Therefore, we had prepared early. We anticipated that they might draw the battlefield here, just did not expect they would so crudely push us to this place, their strategic intentions were too obviously exposed.
"We do not know what their 'interstellar minefield' is, but war prioritizes strategic intent over tactical skill.
"Their warships or minefields being hidden indeed surprises us, the Science Advisory Board, after repeated research, proposed a hypothesis that this might be a technology utilizing spatial folds.
"Like a folded bedsheet, a space is hidden within the folds, smoothing the crease with the surrounding space, the surface appears still vast and flat.
"Regrettably, we have not yet mastered any technology capable of penetrating this spatial disguise.
"Compared to that, our Mountain and Three-Body Civilization's method of hiding seems so direct and crude, almost like making a grand gamble.
"The massive number of warships of the Mountain and Three-Body Civilization, is almost miraculous.
"Nearly eighty million warships, each one a fusion of technology and resources, crafted from inexhaustible resources mined across more than a dozen galaxies, form this enormous fleet of warships.
"When these warships shine like a cluster of stars above the battlefield, even the Guardians will be shocked.
"In this interstellar game, they will be the critical factor in deciding the outcome."
At this moment, Lin Sen's voice also resounded, projecting a calm above the clamor of war:
"No matter the form of war, often the simplest stratagem exerts the most extreme effect. Whether it's the fierce confrontations in the sea of stars or the silent contests in the abyss of thought, this principle remains unchanged.
"The method of hiding employed by the Mountain and Three-Body Civilization still utilizes the thought inertia deeply rooted in the hearts of intelligent beings, the more something is placed in front of them, the more it is likely to be overlooked.
"War, is not only a precise capture and clever utilization of the enemy's intentions but also a deep excavation and revealing of the common blind spots in intelligent beings' thinking."
"War always eradicates the 'humanity' of intelligent life, irrelevant of the level of civilization. Ultimately, everything leads to one outcome, casting the universe into the complete Dark Forest."
The Military Advisory Group took over the heavy topic, his voice containing a hint of barely concealable fervor:
"Even if the universe is a Dark Forest, we must still radiate our brilliance within it.
"120 years ago, we accidentally captured this wandering planet with a diameter of 850 kilometers. Over the subsequent 70 years, we completely transformed and hollowed it out, turning it into an unprecedented weapon of war.
"The mass of this planet is about 80 quintillion tons, approximately one-hundredth of the Moon's volume with a density similar to that of the Moon.
"The mass of the Mountain and Three-Body's 80 million warships is about 8 quadrillion tons, which is about one-thousandth of this planet.
"This planet will also be the best hiding place for these warships, which means, apart from the planet's surface rock layer and structural framework, the interior of the planet is entirely made up of those numerous warships, tightly arranged to form a colossal, unprecedented nest of battleships.
"50 years ago, this perfectly disguised planet quietly appeared on the edge of the Guardian Civilization's vision. But its orbit did not cross through the Guardian's direction; it only lightly brushed past their periphery, enough to catch their attention, but not enough to alert them.
"In such cases, the Guardians are very unlikely to deeply explore this planet. Even if a Sophon from the Guardian Civilization were sent to investigate, the secrets of the planet would be exposed.
"50 years later, today, this planet has just reached the battlefield we designated.
"This is a gamble involving both risk and opportunity, a grand game about the fate of civilization. Should we succeed, we will be able to deliver this decisive force silently to the preset battlefield.
"If we fail, we will not only lose the chance to challenge the Guardians, but the Divine Vessel Civilization itself will face an unprecedented crisis of survival.
"This is a gamble with no way back, we must only go forward to find a sliver of life in this interstellar chess game."
A planet with a diameter of 850 kilometers is able to maintain planetary hydrostatic equilibrium, which means that such a planet is usually spherical, not irregular in shape.
Early in the planet's formation, it might be irregularly shaped, but the material accumulated inside the planet, especially radioactive elements, generates a certain amount of heat during natural decay. This heat cannot be released and accumulates more over time, eventually causing the rocky interior of the planet to melt into magma.
Once the interior magma is formed, the planet can achieve planetary hydrostatic equilibrium and become spherical.
The Military Advisory Group continued, "Although it was a high-stakes gamble, fortunately, we won. From the current battlefield situation, the Guardian Civilization seems to have not paid due attention to that small planet, which is only sixty astronomical units away from the battlefield.
"They never anticipated that we had planned today's decisive battle 50 years ago. Moreover, the current state of war is almost identical to our plan.
"Their plan was to draw us here, and we also planned our counterattack at this location.
"That planet has been in front of them for 50 years now, and they have always neglected to explore it; it must be their long-term peace that dulled their senses."
Ye Chen's voice, like the whisper of ancient stars, contained an undeniable decisiveness:
"'Decomposition' combat directive, from this moment, officially activated. The Guardians shall now endure our counterattack."
At the Commander's order, the planet that carried all of the Mountain and Three-Body's warships secretly split open, as if touched by an invisible hand. In an instant, it burst open like a bud in the depths of the universe, turning into a vast, dazzling sea of warships, sprawling across the starry sky, a sight so spectacular it took one's breath away.
That sea of warships, as if driven by some superbly intricate program, coordinated and responded to each other, launching a thunderous assault on the Guardian warships located 60 astronomical units away.
The Mountain and Three-Body Civilization's technological path is Virtual Energy, whose power may not be very great and does not hold a decisive advantage in interstellar conflicts.
However, within the existing framework of scientific systems, it is almost an unsolvable existence.
When Virtual Energy meets Positive Matter Energy, they annihilate each other, turning into nothingness. This power, even the Guardian's prized "Time Stop" armor, cannot prevent its intrusion.
On a microscopic level, time does not flow unidirectionally; it can experience backflow, and in some microscopic behaviors, the involvement of time is not necessary. While 'Time Stop' armor can temporarily pause time on a macroscopic level, it cannot prevent Virtual Energy on the microscopic level.
Thus, to unleash the true power of Virtual Energy in interstellar space, one must demand massive mobilization. This is also why Mountain and Three-Body chose Virtual Energy as their technological path, using vast numbers to compensate for its lack of power; using endless warships to weave a virtual energy net spanning dozens of astronomical units.
This net, as if it split the space itself into countless parts, firmly "netted" the Guardian's warships within, immobilizing them.
And all of this will provide the Divine Vessel Civilization with an opportunity to destroy the Guardian Battleships.
