"Of course you can!" she answered, handing me the handle of the spatula. Cooking the eggs while she got to work on pancakes. She made a different kind, so there were plenty of options. Making the regular ones first. She cleaned and whip down after each batch.
"Why are you cleaning so throughly when you are going to make more pancakes?"
She looked at me and smiled. "A few of my kids have allergies. It makes things easier to clean after everything than trying to remember to hand the right plate to the right person." She explained. Allergies weren't rare, but I thought they would be ignored here. Why worry about it when you can heal those around you in an instant? "I can hear you thinking," she said, smiling.
